New Studio & Office Space!

I’m thrilled to announce my new partnership with The Confluence in Berlin, Vermont! As a partner, I will be renting a lovely space at The Confluence for Britt Richardson Fitness’ home base.  Other partners include massage therapists, kettle bell training experts, wellness coaches, mental health practitioners, and yoga cross trainers.  Starting in August, I will move into my new studio/office space and begin offering private fitness training there daily. I’ll be working hard to give this new space the right balance of energy and equipment offerings, and the cozy atmosphere you deserve for our one-on-one or small group sessions.

In addition to regularly scheduled private fitness appointments, I will be offering periodic workshops and clinics. Topics in the hopper include Muscle Imbalance & Your Posture, Exercising with Osteoporosis and Osteopenia, Healing A Diastasis Recti, Increasing Shoulder Girdle Stability, and more. Perhaps you have a specific fitness-related topic you want explored? Please let me know in the comments below.

To kick off this partnership the right way, I am offering deep discounts so you can explore what I offer. You may contact me via e-mail to take advantage of any of these discounts. Mention this post in your message.

  • 50% off private sessions for the Confluence community (valid for bookings September 1-30, 2015)
  • An extra 10% off for clients who meet weekly for the month of September 2015 (in my new studio space)
  • 25% off gift certificates for any amount (yes, you can buy one for yourself!) purchased in September, 2015.  Certificates will be valid through December 2015 for sessions in my new studio space.

Come see the construction progress throughout the Confluence this month and next. There will be a new healthy foods café (smoothies, salads, and other yummy stuff, run by my friend Linda Valente and company), a new group class studio space where Total Barre™ will take place, and an expanded open gym for CrossFit and other classes. The changes planned really elevate this space into so much more than just a community fitness center. I’ll be certain to post lots of photos of the progress, but you must check it out in person! Things are really buzzing in Berlin!
