Support your body throughout pregnancy and prepare it for labor and delivery (and motherhood!) with this strength training and movement class.  The exercises focus on keeping your changing body strong, stable, and as comfortable as possible – for as long as possible.  We’ll use a number of props to create resistance and/or support, working safely to improve strength in the areas you need it most.  Wear comfortable clothing and indoor athletic shoes and bring a water bottle.
