Postpartum Fitness


Learn all about safe, effective tummy-flattening exercises with one-on-one sessions geared toward healing the diastasis recti at your pace.  The focus of this series is to rehabilitate the abdominal muscles that are taxed during pregnancy, even if your pregnancy was LONG AGO. You can also expect to tone up the major muscles of the body and regain your pre-baby strength and abdominal fitness safely. For women 6 weeks to 15 years post partum (in other words, it’s never too late!).  Pre-crawling babies are always welcome.   These one-on-one sessions cater to your specific needs, fitness level, and goals.  Contact Britt if you’d like to start reclaiming your pre-pregnancy fitness now!
