Britt is currently offering these group fitness classes & workshops. Check out the schedule below for times and locations.

Rowing – improve your strength, power, speed, endurance, flexibility and coordination with dynamic, varied team workouts on the Concept2 indoor rowing machine.

Boot Camp – 6 week series is designed to take ANYONE from their baseline fitness level and propel them forward in strength, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, body composition and more

Total Barre™ – an energetic, fun workout that melds together fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body.

Your Belly After Baby – repair the abdominal separation that happens in pregnancy and regain your pre-baby strength and abdominal fitness safely.
